Legacy of Flames has had a revamp!

Announcement!

It's time to reveal the project I’ve been working on for the past few months. Since I got the audiobook rights back earlier this year, I decided to give my second urban fantasy series, Legacy of Flames, the same polish and update as I did the Changeling Chronicles.

And just like with Changelings, this turned into a bit of a heavier revision than I planned for. It’s been 8 years since I started writing the series and I’ve evolved as a writer a lot since then, to the extent that I feel like even the follow-up series - Heritage of Fire, written in 2018 - is a huge step up in terms of writing quality. As a result, I really wanted to bring LOF up to the same standard.

I won’t be doing this for all my previous series, as I feel that writing skill is something that evolves over time and is always a work in progress. However, since LOF is often the first series that readers pick up after finishing the Changeling Chronicles, I wanted to ensure a consistent experience across all the series set in that universe. After this, I’ll be going back to working on new projects instead of editing older ones!

The series has now been re-proofed and the new versions uploaded to all retailers so that anyone who has already purchased the books will be able to redownload the new files. And again, for those of you who've already read the books, the changes won't affect your enjoyment of the series or future books set in that universe.

If you haven’t already read the series, you can grab the complete series bundle on my store: https://www.emmaladams.com/products/legacy-of-flames-the-complete-trilogy-ebook

Or get all three books for free by joining my Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/emmaladams

If you've already read the series, most retailers will let you download the updated editions - with the exception of Amazon. Like with the Changeling Chronicles relaunch, I came up with a workaround, which you can learn more about on my Discord server.

Happy reading!

Emma
